What is Hemp?

Hemp is a plant, full of nutrients, that has been used for millennia all over the world for things like food, clothing, and medicine. The stalk and seeds of the hemp plant contains amino acids, terpenes, flavonoids, vitamins, and chlorophyll while the flowers contain phytocannabanoids such as CBD.


What’s a Cannabinoid?

Cannabinoids help with balance and wellness by assisting in the communication between cells. There are two types of cannabinoids: phytocannabaninoids, which come from hemp and endocannabinoids, which our body creates naturally.


How many Phytocannabinoids are in Hemp?
Hemp is made up of over 100 types of phytocannabinoids including, CBD. They work with the body’s endocannabinoid system to help regulate a variety of processes like appetite, sleep, mood and immunity. Endocannabinoid receptors found throughout the brain and body work in a symbiotic way with phytocannabinoids to help support homeostasis, bringing the body back to equilibrium.

The Endocannabinoid System is like a master switchboard in body. It communicates with other systems in the body to help maintain balance... ensuring your biological systems stay in proper working order.


What is CBD?

CBD is one of the most well-studied phytocannabinoids found in hemp. CBD has been shown to support balance, wellness, and a positive mood.


Is Hemp safe?

Hemp has been used as a wellness tool for thousands of years and its safety has been validated by numerous scientific studies.


How is Hemp different than Marijuana?

Hemp and Marijuana are simply two different species of the same plant family, Cannabis. The main difference between these two species is the level of THC. Hemp has much less THC than Marijuana, and therefore causes no psychoactive effects (aka it doesn't get you high).


What’s the right amount of CBD for me?

Every body is different. The best approach is to start with a low dose and increase as necessary. With CBD, it's more about what you don't feel vs. what you feel.


Do I need to tell my primary care doctor that I’m taking CBD?

The average shelf life for our products is 12 months.


Where do you grow your hemp?
Our hemp is grown on organic farms in Oregon, Colorado, Kentucky and California... depending on the season.


Do you products contain THC?
Our hemp extract contains (at most) less than 0.3% THC, in accordance with the law. Some of our products contain no detectable levels of THC. We make test results available to view on the product page.


Where are your products made?
Our products are made in Florida.


What do you test for in your products?
We test for potency, pollutants, and purity. We test for the good stuff like cannabinoids and terpenes, and we also test for the bad stuff like heavy metals, pesticides, solvents, mycotoxins, and bacteria.


How should I store your products?
We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, dark place.


Can I mix your products with other dietary supplements and/or prescriptions?
When it comes to supplements and/or prescription drug interactions that you’re concerned about, it’s essential that you consult your healthcare provider as, they know your medical history.


I have a sensitive stomach, how should I take your products?
The way in which you take our products won’t impact their effectiveness, so it’s up to you whether you want to take them with a meal or just with a glass of water.


How soon should I expect to feel the effects of your products?
As with many products, results are individualized. It's important to observe both what you feel and what you don't feel. Are you able to focus more during the day, feeling less stress, or able to sleep better through the night? Our products are crafted to bring your body back to natural balance, but it's important to understand that this can mean different things for different people.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. However, if it’s been over 48 hours without an update, we’ll take a look for you. Just shoot us an email [email protected].

When can I expect my order?
Orders placed before noon PST ship same-day (weekends and U.S. holidays excluded). Orders with standard shipping will arrive in 2-7 business days.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services, or PO Boxes.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate fee of $5.99.

My tracking says that my order was “delivered” but I never received it.
Sometimes a carrier will mark an order delivered and not have it arrive until the next day. If your order still hasn’t arrived 48 hours after it was estimated and/or marked as delivered, just shoot us an email [email protected].

What if my package is damaged or missing?

Can I cancel my order?
We start working on your order right away. Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled or changed.


What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping.


How do I set up a return?
You may set up a return within 30 days of purchase by shooting us an email [email protected].


I purchased a product at a retail location. How can I return it?
All purchases of Drift products made at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase. Drift is not able to accept returns and/or refund customers who attempt to return a retail purchase through our website.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.


Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Can I combine Promotion Codes?
Only one promo code can be used at a time.
